Q: Should I Sign Up for an account in Trefle Trendy?

A: Yes you do, or else you would missed the Points that you can redeem when you checkout. We also advice you to sign up with us before making a purchase to so you able to trace back your purchase.

Q: Do your provide Self Collection?

A: Yes, Self-Collection service just offers Kuala Lumpur (WEST MALAYSIA) but payment for all items (excluded shipping fee) must be done before the collection.

We will inform you when the parcel is ready for pick up. Kindly inform Trèfle Trendy at least one day in advance if you prefer to pick up your parcel and provide us your order details (Order ID/Email/Name/ Phone).

Q: How is the item considered as defective or damaged?

 Kindly clarify those which are counted as defect/damage as below:

  • Dimension error above 2.5 cm /an inch
