Return & Refund Process
The returned item will be checked with the receipt to make sure it is still in its original condition. The item packaging should also be in the original condition as it is shipped to the customer. Items that are used or damaged are not refundable. Trèfle Trendy will not take any responsibility if the items are lost during the return transit. Once Trèfle Trendy has checked and confirmed the item is refundable, customers will receive their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.

What is your return and refund policy?

  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (same packaging included receipt, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact【NO CUT OFF】).
  • Not applicable for Sale items/Promotion items and non-returnable items.
  • Return must be done within 10 calendar days upon parcel delivered date.
  • For Unsatisfactory Items, the following items are non-returnable:
    • Selected wrong color
    • Do not like the item of pattern / design / color
    • Item does not fit / Selected wrong item size
  • Return not acceptable if we do not receive any RETURN NOTICE & VISUAL EVIDENCE from Facebook Messenger Direct Message.
  • Refund would only be done as store credit or online transfer, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  • Out of stock refunds are issued in the form of store credit or online transfer to your bank account only.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

Kindly clarify those which are counted as defect/damage as below:

  • Incorrect item 
  • Hole above 1.5cm
  • Dimension error above 2.5 cm /an inch
  • Color Fading Partially

Terms and Condition
Customers had agreed to Trèfle Trendy return and refund policies as they checked out from the system. All policies are subject to changes without prior notice to the customers.

What should I do if I received the defected/
incorrect item?
First of all, we apologise if a defective or incorrect item was sent to you, please reach out to us within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt and do follow the steps in return.

1. Please contact our customer service team via Facebook Messenger (@trefletrendy) with the details:

  • Your Facebook Name
  • Your Order ID
  • Return Reason
  • Item(s) of Return
  • Visual Evidence (e.g., photo, video) of the Item(s)

2. Do send your return parcel only after seeking our confirmation and approval of your return request. Any items returned without approval will not be accepted.

3. Returned must in original condition (same packaging included receipt, unwashed and with tags intact【NO CUT OFF】).

4. Postage fee incurred will be borne by us with the provided shipping cost receipt if the item acknowledged to be defective.

5. Kindly provide TRACKING NUMBER of the return parcel to us. We sincerely apologize for such inconvenience.


What is out of stock refund?
Trèfle Trendy always ensures the item quality and condition before every shipment. However, if there are any defects on the item or the item is out of stock, Trèfle Trendy shall not proceed with shipment but refund to the customer in the form of store credit or via online transfer to customer’s bank account.

Trèfle Trendy gives our best to keep our customer updated. However, these occurrences are often unavoidable, and Trèfle Trendy sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused.

  • 倘若我们没有收到您的任何信息表明退货请求且附视觉证明,我们恕不处理。
  • 退款仅以店铺抵用額度或线上转账方式进行,严禁现金退款。
  • 缺货退款仅以店铺抵用額度或线上转账方式到您的帐户
  • 如果退货不符合上述所有条件,我们保留拒绝退货的权利。

说明哪些属于瑕疵/损坏,如下所示:

  • 商品不符
  • 破洞超过2.5cm
  • 尺寸误差超过2.5cm或一寸
  • 局部脱色

条规与条款:
当用户从系统中提交订单时,已同意我们的所有政策。所有政策如有更改,恕不另行通知用户。

如我收到瑕疵/错误的商品该如何处理呢?

首先,请您接受我们诚挚的道歉对于您收到瑕疵/错误的商品。请您立即联系我们客服在收到包裹后的10天内且根据以下退货步骤进行操作:

    1. 退货商品

Trèfle Trendy 在发货前会检查商品的质量,如商品有瑕疵且缺货状态,Trèfle Trendy 将无法再次发货,则以店铺抵用額度或线上转账方式退款给客户。
