Shipping and Fulfillment

Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship your order out within 3-4 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and details.

How do I track my order?

Orders can be track by online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

Step 1 :   Go to shipping courier provider

Step 2:   Enter your tracking number. Step 3:    Press “Track now” to process  
Stay calm if your tracking number was not found in the courier tracking page. Most of the time, it did indicate that your parcel was picked up by the courier service yet it is not recorded into the system. Kindly check your parcel status later and the record will be updated within 24 hours after shipping.You may contact Trèfle Trendy at 012-6919654 or with your order number and item details if you are still not able to track your parcel in the following business days after shipping. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

When will I receive my Order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive your order within the following time frame:3 – 10 working days (exclude Sunday and public holidays)Please reach out to Trèfle Trendy by 012-6919654 or email us at if yours item(s) is missing with your order number and the missing item’s name. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

Once the item was shipped, you shall receive your order within the promised delivery time frame of 1 to 6 business daysNote: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours after the item(s) was shipped.

Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, Trèfle Trendy is not able to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign an authorization letter to indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

Can you deliver the package to my office?

We will deliver the order following the address provided during checkout, irregardless of location.

May I change my shipping address while my parcel is under 【Processing】 status ?

Unfortunately, shipping address are not able to change while the parcel under 【Processing】 status.

How much is the shipping cost / postage fee?

Shipping to West Malaysia are RM7 (Free postage when purchase up to RM180 )

Shipping to East Malaysia are RM13 (Free postage when purchase up to RM230 )

Shipping fee to Singapore will be calculated based on the weight of your purchased items automatically by our system.
